Fix a misconfigured or pending domain

Troubleshoot pending, misconfigured, or failing OFM Elite custom domains with DNS checks and refresh steps.

Most domain issues are DNS typos, proxied records, or propagation delay.

  1. Compare dashboard DNS values character-for-character with your registrar.
  2. If you use Cloudflare, try DNS-only (grey cloud) while verifying.
  3. Remove conflicting old A/CNAME records for the same host.
  4. Wait for TTL/propagation, then hit Refresh status in Elite.
  5. Still failing? Telegram support or book an onboarding call with screenshots of DNS.
